HIIT & ABS
Here we utilize high intensity interval training to improve your cardiovascular levels and get your heart pumping. HIIT training is the most effective way to burn calories and improve your VO2 max. Finished with a combination of ab exercises to ensure your core is burning!
TF1 FIT FRIDAY
If you’ve made it to Friday get ready to get a sweat on! Strength, fitness, circuits, abs and core. It includes it all. Varying from week to week, this class is sure to get you sweaty and ready for the weekend.
Boxercise
Combining boxing and cardio, this class is sure to get you breathing hard. With punching, pad work and aerobic exercises this class aids in increasing your cardiovascular levels and get your blood flowing. This is a sweaty one!
PUMP AND BURN
Pump and burn! This high intensity class is guaranteed to get your heart racing. A combination of HIIT exercises, weights and cardio, this class is a guaranteed full body killer.
STRENGTH AND RESISTANCE
Here we incorporate weighted and bodyweight exercises to improve your strength and power. Utilizing barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells, along with other resistance equipment, this will build lean muscle and increase your power output.
Tf1 cardio
This class is all about cardio! By the end your heart will be pumping and the sweat will be dripping. In this class there’ll be a combination of aerobic exercises, circuits and use of the cardio equipment.
Stretch and mobility
After all that exercise your body is sure to be sore. This class will take you from head to toe, stretching and mobilising, with a number of different exercises and utilizing resistance bands. Rest is essential for your optimal development in the gym and this class aids in keeping you injury free.
spin
HIIT training whilst utilising the spin bikes. This high intensity spin class will get your heart pumping. This involves a combination of climbs and sprints to get your legs burning and you breathing hard.
BOOTY BUILDER
Weight based session focussing on building your glutes. A combination of exercises which will leave you booty burning! This lower body blast will leave your legs and glutes burning!
